PhD in economics, in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences. His teaching and research focus on innovation, knowledge conversion, and the evolution of contemporary markets and organizational structures. He has authored dozens of publications on alternative organizational structures, digital marketing, knowledge management, and organizational architecture and aesthetics. Co-author of Marketing for Engineers (PWE, 2012) and Digital Marketing (PWE, 2025).

He has participated in research networks such as the Standing Conference on Organizational Symbolism (session chair, Tokyo 2018), the Transdisciplinary Symposium on Qualitative Research, and the Polish Network for the Philosophy of Economics. Guest lecturer at École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées (Paris), Karel de Grote University of Applied Sciences and Arts (Antwerp), and the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków.

He has collaborated on projects such as E-leadership (European Commission DG Enterprise and Industry), Face Controller (PFRON), Lower Silesian Industrial Design Network (City of Wrocław and ASP Wrocław), Effectiveness of Art (Museum of Art in Łódź), and Design Your Profit (Institute of Industrial Design).

Currently, his teaching includes original courses at the Faculty of Management, other faculties at Wrocław University of Science and Technology, the Doctoral School, the Polish-American School of Business – Executive MBA, and university development projects. He is also active in science popularization through events such as the Lower Silesian Science Festival, Faculty Open Days, Night of Technology, and Summer Schools.

Organizationally, he serves on several committees (e.g., Faculty Quality Assurance Committee, Integration Space Team for B-4, Erasmus+ Mobility Improvement Team, Change Management Team).
