Monika Budnik

Holds competencies in social sciences and management. Author of publications including an article in Aggression and Violent Behavior as well as works in national journals and volumes. Her interests include organizational and management processes essential for professional groups. Her publications also address implementation processes and workplace conflicts.

Her research has focused on the dynamics of service sector work teams. She has been an evaluator and researcher in EU-funded projects, supported management teams in IT training implementations, and applied methodologies such as Prince2 Foundation, Project Management Office, and ISO management systems. She brings extensive professional experience from both private and public service sectors to her project work. She remains interested in action research in teamwork.
